PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been transferred to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another shipping carrier, Super Bougie is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims when applicable.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Bodysuits, lingerie, accessories, beauty products, and sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Approved exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags.
FRAUD PREVENTION
Orders identified as high-risk, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent may be canceled or delayed for verification. Super Bougie reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our discretion.
