EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Approved exchanges must:

• Be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Be unworn, unwashed, and odor-free
• Have original tags attached
• Be free of makeup, deodorant, stains, pet hair, or damage

Items sent back without approval may be rejected.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@super-bougie.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• Packaging photos if applicable

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in denial of the request.
